• Job Description

  • Full spectrum of financial & accounting function.
  • Oversee group of subsidiaries account & operation.
  • Prepare the monthly financial reports with all needed financial & costing analysis.
  • Analysis of operation performance in term of profitability, efficiency & resource utilization.
  • Analyse financial data & identify core issues in operation & costing and provide recommendation for improvement.
  • Monitor material & labour variances & take appropriate action to avoid costs margin erosion.
  • Monitor & communicate all inventory risks issues.
  • Managing of cash flow & treasury function.
  • Oversee the company’s financial policies, and to continuously improve & implement finance & internal operating control procedures to ensure effectiveness & efficiency in the overall business operations.
  • Liaise with external auditors, tax consultants and other professional on matters relating the group.
  • To manage the overall Annual Corporate Income Tax. This includes review and finalized all company’s submission before the dateline.
  • To manage and coordinate with the company secretary on filing of Annual Returns and audited accounts to Companies Commission of Malaysia.
  • Provide guidance & training to subordinate, ensure efficient use of resources while maintaining high level of accuracy.
  • Improvement of computerized accounting system & management information system.
  • Work closely with Group General Manager in all financial related matters.
  • Assist all departments in management & operational decisions relative to financial issues.
  • Undertakes any other tasks and assignments as directed by the Management.
