• Job Description

  Role: To supervise and instruct truck drivers to ensure the safe transportation.
  Key skill: Sense of crisis management and a strong leadership to give appropriate instructions to the truck drivers
  
  Responsibilities:
  - Give instructions and supervision to truck drivers
  - Create driver's crew allocation
  - Assign driver's shift schedule
  - Record of daily operations/schedule and any accidents occured
  - Frequently check the health condition of drivers to ensure the safe operations always
  - Prevention of overloading or taking care of driver's fatigue
  
  *It is also necessary to have the ability to take control of staff/drivers and vehicles to make decisions to ensure safety, and to have the ability to give appropriate instructions.
