  Role: Production Planning
  
  Job responsibilities: (General)
  - Provide administrative support to Sales, Service and production team
  - To be a first contact point for customers and suppliers on sales related activities.
  - Respond to sales enquiries and complaints from customers or to escalate to sales team.
  - Responsible for order processing documentations from quotation to DO and sales invoice in accordance with the company policies and procedures
  - Provide support on import/export logistic arrangement
  - To support on procurement team including planning, issuing, and following up on Purchase Orders delivery and shipment schedules
  - To handle and resolve supply, quality, service, and invoicing issues with vendors
  - Manage orders and inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies and coordinating shipments from factories to customers
  - To monitor shipments, and maintaining accurate purchase and pricing records
  - Able to do multi task, willing to support other assignment
