  • Job Description

    1. Support set up activities covering hiring of Kulim facility.
    2. Developing the company HR policies and ensure compliance with Malaysia Labour Law.
    3. Implements strategic and tactical action plans by participating in or leading business as requested to meet the business needs or organizational objective.
    4. To provide leadership and direction in talent training & development, staff motivation and engagement, Human Resource annual strategic planning, compensation, and benefits that defined objectives are achieved through the planning;
    5. Developing and implementation of relevant initiatives and actions plans,
    6. Partner with China HQ hiring team to develop staffing strategy for business needs.
    7. Handling of expatriates and foreign worker's work permit application and renewals.
    8. Any other job assignments required by the immediate superior or the management from time to time.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Education Background: Candidates must possess at least a bachelor’s degree.
    - Experience:
    > At least 10 years of full spectrum HR working experience in Manufacturing Industry.
    > At least 3 years in managerial role.
    - Require Skill: Strong knowledge of Malaysia Labour Law including Employment Act 1955, Industrial Relations Act 1967, managing poor performance, misconduct in employment, employee grievances, setting up industrial relations policies and procedure, disciplinary inquiry, disciplinary action, conducting domestic inquires, preliminary investigations, and handling.
    - Others:
    > Requires a high level of interaction with multiple departments and the ability to communicate, collaborate and convince managers at many levels on the best plan to achieve company goals.
    > Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, ability to juggle and prioritize multiple tasks.
    > Demonstrated ability to lead, develop, train, coach, and consult the HR local or overseas team members.
    > Applicants must be willing to work in Kulim Hi-tech park.
