• Job Description

  - Responsible for achievement of the sourcing Key Performance Indicators (KPI) assigned
  - Works with internal teams to identify needs for sourcing, hence the sourcing process to identify the right supplier for the right product in the required time agreed.
  - Evaluate suppliers' capability, quality, reliability and price competitiveness and negotiate the best possible terms and conditions.
  - Proactively investigates alternative supply channels for existing products to improve costs, lead time and quality
  - Monitor the financial health of key suppliers.
  - Maintains Supplier Quality, Trade and Product Compliance for Commodity Assigned
  - Maintains and drives continuous improvement in supplier overall performance and maintaining AVL.
  - Assists Sourcing Manager to develop commodity strategies for commodity assigned.
  - Work with engineering and sales teams in fulfilling customer’s inquires, working and negotiating with suppliers on quote requests and terms for different.
  - Maintains an updated library of vendors, technical data sheets and pricing for commonly used materials.
  - Works closely with purchasing team to assure that PIR is accurately maintained in SAP.
  - Establishes NDA and Supply agreements with our approved suppliers. The supply agreement will be included but not limited to, safety stock levels for standard materials, claim handling process and lead times.
  - The above responsibilities are not exhaustive and other related duties may be added from time to time.
