Job Description
Responsible to coordinate and support overall Parts department on daily documentation operations.
- To assist in all aspects of sales administration and adhere assignments
- To assist to prepare quotation, issue purchase order, update shipping schedule and issue invoice
- To support sales staff in their daily duties (follow up on supplier invoices, payment from customers and filing)
- To assist in managing daily logistics operations for smooth delivery to customer
- To ensure effective and clear communication within the sales team, customer, supplier and others department across the organization.
- To execute any additional duties as assigned by Management from time to time.
Qualifications
Requirement
* Education: Minimum STPM / Diploma / Degree in Business Management / Logistics or equivalent.
* Experience:
- Minimum 1-2 years working experience in sales and marketing, logistics or customer service industry is required for this position.
- Fresh Graduate are encourage to apply as on job training will be provided.
- Possess strong hands on related working experience in preparing sales & marketing documentation.
- Prior experience logistics, import / export coordination and shipping is an advantage.
- Computer Literature (Excel, Word, Power Point).
- Good communication and customer service oriented.
- Initiative, positive attitude and committed.
- Able to work in multitasking and fast-paced environment.
- Able to work independently and as a team player.
- Wiling to travel outstation and overseas as and when required.English Level
