    Industry: Automotive
    Service: Providing an online platform service to sell damaged cars and other related services.
    Position: Sales & Marketing
    Role: To build up good relationship with clients to expand market share. Also to seek for new business opportunities.

    <Job Scope>
    - Present our business model to automotive suppliers such as Insurance companies, car dealers, and others.
    - Establish and propose new marketing strategies.
    - Submit weekly, monthly reports to suppliers including analysis of issues and suggestion of solutions for it.
    - Establish, develop and maintain positive business relationships
    - Expedite the resolution of customer problems to maximize satisfaction
    - Investigate of competitors and propose differentiation of business
    - Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
    - Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
    - Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
    - Continuously improve through feedback 
    - Preparing daily, weekly and monthly reports
    *Possibly visit Japan for the training.

    <Clients>
    Automotive workshops, Automotive parts shops & other related organizations, non-life insurance companies and associations which sell out damaged car or car parts to us. We sell out those products online to both individual and corporate customers.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Language : English, Mandarin
    - Education Background : Prefer Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, economics or related field but open for discussion
    - Experience :
    - Open for fresh graduate as long as you are having a good attitude and has intention to work hard in this industry.
    - Good if you have an experience in Automotive related industry OR, non-life/ damage insurance.
    - Good if you have an experience in corporate marketing position

    - Others :
    ・Understanding of the sales process and dynamics.
    ・A commitment to excellent customer service.
    ・Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    ・Superb interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with both customers and suppliers.
    ・Experience using computers for a variety of tasks.
    ・Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
    ・Able to work comfortably in a fast paced environment.
    ・Owning a vehicle and willing to travel

    Basic Salary : 2,800~ 5,000 MYR (or more. negotiable if you have a relevant experience)

    - Increment
    - car parking
    - AL: 8 days, MC: 14 days
    - Travel allowance (over night)
    - RM100/month, 1,000/year for perfect attendance.
    - Transportation & phone : will be discussed during interview session
    - Medical Coverage: Yes

    At the moment no fixed incentive/commission but will provide depending on the performance.
