  Job Scope:
  -Manage all collection activities for a portfolio of customers & VAR accounts
  -Work with varying levels of personnel within internal and customer organizations to resolve any collection issues in a timely and professional manner
  -Follow up with customers to ensure prompt payment of invoices (by phone and email)
  -Review customer account accounts receivable balances researching possible reasons or issues resulting in non-payment, including on-going credit analysis
  -Formulate effective collections strategies to optimize collections from outstanding
  -Monitor the accounts receivable aging for accuracy and completeness to optimize days sales outstanding and overdue.
  -Provide information to Credit Managers and Collection Managers on customers
  -Manage disputes and ensure that customer accounts are properly charged
  -Maintain an effective working relationship with the sales administration, invoicing and sales force departments for effective dispute resolution
  -Manage blocking / unblocking of orders for Partner customers
  -Carry out the reporting and explain the results of the geography for which he / she is in charge
  -Prepare the doubtful debt provision, AR trade Account reconciliation on its Customers portfolio
  -Working closely with the Cash Application team to ensure the allocation of payment from customers timely and accurately
