  Company Profile: One of the historical manufacturer of high precision rubber based components and parts for the office automation industry. Their products are widely exported to other nations markets : Japan, China, Singapore and Thailand.
  
  Location: Shah Alam Industrial Park
  
  Job Responsibilities:
  1. Effectively allocate of resources such as manpowers, machinery, overtime and materials in line with company's quality objectives.
  2. Recommend improvement in production's workflow to maximize the production efficiency while maintain the high quality standards.
  3. Provide guidance and motivate team members to accomplish production goals.
  4. Ensure all the documentation are properly maintained, updated and remain traceable as per ISO requirements.
  5. To coach, lead and motivate production staffs in all aspects of production processes for optimum output and ensure quality work is done in a safe manner.
  6. Work closely with inter departments on improving the machine efficiency, optimizing the process, implement yield improvement and cost reduction programs.
  7. Maintain the housekeeping, 5S of the production and ensure production staffs operate follow the designated SOP and procedures as set.
  8. Implement cost saving measures and maintain budget spending.
  9. To prepare production reports in a timely manner.
