  • Job Description

    1)Product planning Operations
    -To prepare & present accurate & timely Purchase, Sales & Inventory forecasts on assigned product categories to ensure achievement of related-budgets assigned.
    -To prepare, present & submit accurate & timely product planning reports
    -To prepare, present & submit accurate & timely products' analysis to support forecasts plan

    2)Musical Instruments' market research
    -To gather, manage, analyse and report accurate data of import/export, sales & consumer statistics trend
    -To monitor, collect, analyse & report accurate & timely data on market (musical instruments industry, dealers & competitors) conditions and advertising & promotional activities information

    3)Pro Active Participation in Division/Department Activities
    -To support sales & marketing events & activities with assigned roles & responsibilities
    -To share ideas and/or participate in sales & marketing events & activities contributing to the improved delivery of brand & product values and sales results.

    4)Support company's events and projects
    To undertake other duties/ tasks as and when assigned

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    Education: Possess minimum Diploma in Business Management or Business Administration or its equivalent
    Experience:
    Minimum 1 year in similar job responsibilities / > 2 years in product management or product administration
    Experience / Knowledge in Musical Instruments Product & Market general knowledge
    Experience in Systems – Office 365 especially Excel & Powerpoint and/or other reporting/research systems or ability to learn quickly
    Product planning administration
    Data research, analysis and reporting

    Communications & Presentation skills – ability to communicate & respond timely, clearly and confidently, with excellent customer service ethics
    Organizational skills – prioritization, planning, preparation, timely execution and review.
    Analytical thinking
    Effective self-time & task management
    Office 365

    Others:
    Possess own car and D-class Driver's License
    Travelling within Klang Valley and other state as well.
    must posses own transport

    Communication skills
