  • Job Description

    RESPONSIBILITY:
    1. Check and classification of invoice and data entry.
    2. Perform online banking transactions.
    3. Perform monthly Physical Stock check.
    4. Perform monthly Physical check on Fixed Asset.
    5. Liaise with Vendors / Bankers / Auditors / Tax Agent.
    6. Check batch payment vouchers.
    7. Prepare stock report journal.
    8. Preparation of Monthly schedule for Finance department.
    9. Supervise clerical and assistant officer job.
    10.Perform additional job as required by superior.
    11. Prepare settlement list for inter-company

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Education; Degree at Finance related.
    - at least 3 years experience in Finance Div in manufacturing
    - cost accounting is advantage
    - Good attention to detail, and effective process-driver.
    - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    - Excellent written and spoken communication in English
    - Professional experience in MS office tools is desired (e.g. Excel, Word and PowerPoint).
