    • Learn and understand NSK IT Infrastructure and security process
    • Responsible of the NSK ASEAN & Oceania server, network and storage tasks.
    • Implement new tool which provided from NSK Tokyo head office.
    • Perform test on new software and hardware
    • Introduction support to each sister company
    • Responding to technical inquiries from each sister company based on KPI/SLA.
    • Monitoring network and server condition
    • Optimal network configuration design & documentation
    • Documentation on the installation and security guideline.
    • Security check when introducing public cloud
    • Align with NSK IT security guideline and process.

    Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)
    MANDATORY:
    • Maintain the server, network on installations, inventories, and other related duties.
    • Maintain the network's physical and logical structures, including all network connections.
    • Manage and monitor McAfee EPO/TITUS/WSUS/Desktop Central server.
    • Correspond user request and technical inquiry of Office365
    • Correspond user request and technical inquiry of Citrix
    • Correspond user request and technical inquiry of VPN / Cisco AnyConnect
    • Responsible of all backups of the site. To perform routine procedures for backup, recovery, and archival of files stored on the network.
    • Work with Global IT Security team to have compliance with security process.
    • Document on installation and procedure.
    • Coordinate with other IT Department groups about system and network needs.
    • Install and test hardware and software, performing routine maintenance and applying updates to system software (Production releases).
    • Prepare and analyze statistics on server and network utilization and availability (Monitoring).
    • Carry-out performance tuning and capacity planning activities to enhance the performance of the server, storage network resources.
    • Maintain the operating system and software utilized on the network.
    • Record all problems and their solutions in the Production Log File and ensure problems follow-up.
    • Maintain the necessary security controls over server, storage, network and software.
    Good-to-Have:
    • Requirement analysis and preparation of infrastructure design document.
    • Conduct product evaluations of upgraded or of new hardware and software, identifying strengths, weaknesses, and potential benefits to the company.
    • Perform studies and benchmark new hardware/software and peripheral devices.
