  • Job Description

    - Direct and oversee Sales Department including Corporate & Retail Sales nationwide and Sales Management reporting to MD.
    - Develop sales strategies including channel development, incentive and evaluate effectiveness of sales programs.
    - Determine short- and mid-term sales plans including channel development.
    - Develop and implement new sales initiatives, strategies and programs to achieve sales plan.
    - Develop and maintain channels especially on B2B products, evaluate their performance and manage conflict.
    - Manage, develop, coach, control and motivate the sales force to develop their skill to ensure that a high professional standard is achieved and monthly sales target and KPI target are met.
    - Provide timely and accurate reporting to Management as needed.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Education Background: Diploma / Degree in any field, preferable in Business Administration or IT related.
    - Experience:
    > Minimum 10 years of sales experience in Business Printing Industry
    > Possess experience in leading and managing sales team (KPI, sales management)

Additional Information

  • Benefit

    - Car Allowance = 1,500
    - HP Allowance = RM 200
    - Business mileage claimable > 20 km travelling
    - Outstation allowance : RM 50 / day
    - EPF, SOCSO normal contribution rate.
    - Annual leave: Min 14 days, depend on the Job Grade

    Average about 3 months bonus (Based on performance)

    ** This position entitle to 100% Bonus
