• Job Description

  1. Actively pursue growth and business expansion opportunities in Warehouse/Logistics & Distribution Services by developing new clients and maintaining good relationships with existing customers.
  2. Attend to the needs of the customers – both business, and operations – to build and maintain high customer satisfactions.
  3. Execute day-to-day sales activities, which includes sales visitation, updating new business potentials / share up potentials in the system, feedback on customer performance, satisfactions, and progress of business development activities.
  4. Lead the team by providing clear direction and instruction, overseeing attendance, monitoring performance and provide proper guidance and training as needed.
  5. Have experience in setting up and strengthening standard operating procedures, ad-hoc activities and process improvements.
  6. Responsible for planning, implementing sales and driving continuous improvement plan.
  7. Accountable for department operating profit and loss, to secure new business and expand existing customers.
  8. Resolving customer complaints in a professional manner and to develop and plan the market strategy.
  9. Growing project revenue by seeking out new business opportunity.
  10. Have experience for the overall warehouse management operations (optional).
  11. Have experience in warehouse facilities are well maintained (optional).
  12. Have experience in proper implementation of FIFO & FEFO, cycle counting and ensuring the accuracy of inventory (optional).
