  • Direct and oversee Business Unit (BU) Team including Product Manager, Sales and Pre-Sales reporting to Marketing Division Head and Regional Headquarters.
  • Develop sales & marketing strategies including channel development, programs and evaluate ROI.
  Determine short- and mid-term sales & marketing plans for Business Inkjet Printer product category.
  • Develop and implement sales & marketing strategies and programs to achieve sales plan and business objectives.
  • Develop and maintain major accounts and channels.
  • Continually assess, develop and adjust marketing strategies including product positioning, pricing, communication, distribution and service channels.
  • Project monthly sales volume and manage stocks based on through sales analysis.
  • Manage, develop, coach, control and motivate the team members to develop their skill to ensure that a high professional standard is achieved and business objectives are met.
  • Provide timely and accurate reporting to Management as needed.
