  Company Profile:
  This is a new fast growing company in Laos. They grow to 70 employees within a year and is actively increasing their size under current condition. They are an investment company in financial and property sector. Currently they have a land development project with the government and is actively hiring for their company's growth.
  
  Working Location: Laos (Visa and travelled will be fully covered. This company has experience getting new employee on board under current condition)
  
  Job Scope:
  1. Responsible for the overall management of company’s financial related matters
  2. Prepare annual budget, financial plan and standards according to the company’s mid-term and long-term business plan
  3. Create and Improve financial system and procedures (including software systems), implementing effective internal financial control
  4. In charge of financial forecast, budget, analysis, audit, cash flow, tax declaration and etc
  5. Give technical advice (risk assessment, management and etc.) on business decision (investment, merges and acquisition, business activities…)
  6. Prepare financial reports and analysis, reporting to the company management’s regularly
  7. Complete other ad hock tasks assigned by leader
