    - to translate between staff.
    - understand the Contract documents
    - Follow up closely in every process, and make sure client is being update with latest information
    - Respond to clients' inquiry (telephone, email) spontaneously
    - Escalate difficult issues to senior supervisor to make sure problem being solved smoothly

Qualifications

    Language : English, Japanese ( More than N2, Must)
    Education : diploma in any field
    Experience: More than 2 years work experience in any field (Must)
    * work in Japan around 3 years.
