    <Responsibilities> Project Manager and Service Delivery Manager for IT Outsourcing Services
    ・ Outsourcing of operations related to corporate IT infrastructure operation and business application development / maintenance Operation of Project
    · KPI or / and SL agreements with customers
    ・ Operation of outsourcing service after the above Project is completed (quality, system, delivery date)
    ・ Prompt investigation of the cause of problems and concerns, countermeasures, and prevention of recurrence
    ・ Planning and implementation of measures to systematically and strategically improve service levels in outsourcing services
    ・ Activity plan and progress report for superiors (weekly to monthly and when issues occur)

    <Required>
    ・ Construction of outsourcing services for IT-related work Experience in Project management ・ ・ ・ 4 or more
    ・ Experience in operation management of outsourcing services for IT-related business ・ ・ ・ Infrastructure operation-related: 3 years or more (Business application development / maintenance-related: 3 years or more is a plus)
    ・ Experience in operation (maintenance-management) of documents related to IT-related work
    ・ Ability to solve problems related to IT-related work (factor analysis, countermeasure planning, execution, verification)
    ・ Ability to voluntarily propose business improvement related to IT-related business
    ・ Ability to communicate with customers at all levels
    ・ Ability to achieve timely and smooth communication within the company and with Gr company personnel
    <Preferred>
    ・ Positive attitude toward working with people from different countries and backgrounds
    ・ Practical experience of infrastructure operation (Windows server, VMWARE, Citrix, Network)
    ・ Practical experience in business application development (accounting / finance)
    ・ Work experience of IT help desk
    ・ Work experience with Japanese companies (communication skills in Japanese are a plus)
