• Job Description

  - As a safety coordinator of Safety & Health Committee and act as safety advisor for the management.
  - Establish and maintain safety & health audit system according to DOSH and other requirement.
  - Liaise with government agencies pertaining to Environmental, Health and Safety.
  - Ensure all legal and inspections requirements by DOSH is met and completed within the timeline.
  - Establish, develop, maintain and conduct related Environmental, Safety & Health trainings and
  induction program for employees and contractors.
  - Establish, develop and maintain the activeness of ERT members in participating related periodic
  training and drills.
  - Responsible on overall security management (external security)
  - Ensure securities performing the required tasks as per post standing order and Security SOP Strictly.
  - To conduct briefing on specific policies & procedures for employees/ new hires.
  - To ensure only valid interviewees, visitors, vendors and contractors are allowed to enter the company.
  - To ensure company is free of intruders during the working hours.
  - Handle and lead in the real emergency evacuation and drill.
  - To ensure securities conform and comply with company rules and regulations pertaining to antibribery
  - Report to Management of any cartel or bribery that has taken place in the company.
