  • Job Description

    - Perform IT helpdesk support including call handling, follow-up action, coordination andescalation.
    - Perform support / administration duty on infrastructure including system / networking.
    - Monitor the IT System health status, network performance and security control.
    - Perform problem diagnostic by using advance troubleshooting skills.
    - Perform regular Windows security patching on workstations and servers.
    - Support global user account administration and mailbox management.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Education Background : Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent.
    - Experience :
    > Minimum 3 years or above experience in frontline help desk management support is an advantage.
    - Require Skill :
    > Knowledge of IT Applications such as MS Windows, MS Office, Antivirus Products, Networks Infrastructure and Logistics Application are preferred.
    > A good team player, flexible, able to analyze requirements and meet deadlines.
    > Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment with minimum supervision.
    > Strong attention to detail with an analytical mind and outstanding problem-solving skills.
    > Strong verbal and written communication in English.
    > Able to communicate in regional or local languages.
    > Good communication and organizational skills, Cantonese speaking are preferred
