Job Description

• Overseeing and guiding the service team members and ensuring they follow best practices and standards• Setting up maintaining the service desk and the work order system• Coordinating service level agreements with the business team and the customers• Monitoring and resolving service issues and complaints • Training the service staff in up selling and customer satisfaction• Creating and implementing service strategies and procedures to meet department goals and metrics• Implementing a dynamic marketing plan, with the aim of increasing services• Planning and monitoring the work of staff• Monitoring inventory, purchasing parts and supplies needed for repairs
