  SW Innovation Client Analytics
  * Design, Develop, troubleshoot and debug software programs for enhancements and new products
  * Develop software and tools in support of design, infrastructure and technology platforms, including networks, utilities, databases and
  internet- related tools
  * Ability to apply data science, machine learning and artificial intelligence technologies and work on large databases
  * Work in Virtualization & Cloud technologies in Azure/AWS
  
  Service ops service governance
  * Service operation team-the incumbent will be responsible for identifying, investigating and resolving technical incidents and problems
  managing incidents to resolution in IT services including networking, security, unified communication and data center
  * Service governance - the incumbent will be responsible for improving service operations, service assurance and increased customer
  satisfaction
