    This company is 100% owned by Japanese manufacturing company of electrical products, launched as its global operation center few years ago.
    In charge of Logistics/SCM/Procurement section of the parent company (manufacturing) in the world, which function is suppose to be the 2nd HQ in Asia, next to Japan HQ.



    This Talent Manager will be handing two functions of group companies, logistic/SCM and manufacturing company.
    Now actively looking out for the talent who knows strategic HR management to plan, manage and develop our employees. (>1,000 staff in total)

    ▼Responsibility
     Responsible for ensuring that the overall administration coordination and evaluation of human resources plan in relation to develop policy and directs and coordinates human resources activities such as recruitment, labor relations, performance management, training and employee services

    ▼Main Task
    - Responsible for overall recruitment, including preparing job descriptions, analyzing job requisitions, finalizing candidates prior to the placement of job, discuss and advise with hiring managers on the needs
    - To ensure timely recruitment and selection, in line with the required standards, manning and budget, and to be involved in the interviewing and screening process
    - Advertise vacancy, participate jobfair and campus recruitment activity, build rapport with higher institutions with signing Memorandum of Understanding to attract talents.
    - Responsible for all staff movements (recruitment, resignation, transfer etc) and develop strategies to effecitively source, and attract potential candidates for the company
    - Review and prepare HR related policies, operating procedures, workflow and processes
    - Bridge Management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
    - Initiate training programs to enhance organisational learning and competency of employees to build high performance employees
    - Monitor and review the effectiveness of the company's learning and development programs to determine the intervention and enhance the learning culture
    - Assist in the formulation of new human resource strategic plans and initiatives from time to time
    - Responsible for all Industrial relations and employee Relations, including employee disciplinary issues and labour disputes between employee and company
    - Complies with federal, state and local legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation; anticipating legislation; enforcing adherence to requirements; advising management on needed actions
    - Any other duties as may reasonably be required by the Division Head

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    Language: English, Mandarin and Malay

    Must Requirement:
    (1) Degree or Master holder in any field
    (2) Ability to organize and plan own work in relation to recruitment and employee training program
    (3) Know what and how to review all position (job title) in a company to make a "Job Analysis Competency".
    (4) Know how to review and make "Performance Appraisal System" according to the job's competency, management's expectation and company's goal.

     1. Reviewing and creating jobs analysis competency and job description for the Company based on the company's operation or business.
    2. Defining and designing create or remake all job description (also job title) and competency for job that required by the Company.
    3. Creating and executing new "Performance Appraisal System".
    4. Identifying training need based on the position's competency.
    5. Creating and executing talent development program for the Company.

    Prefer: Manager specialized in the HR with 10 years above (min 3 years in corporate)

    - Ability to learn quickly, take on new instructions and guidelines
    - Excellent IT skills, including a working knowledge of presentation software packages, preferably Microsoft Office Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
