  -Manage Sales Team
  -Managing current client, dealing with business requirements and complains, if any
  -Plan sales, revenue and expenses as well as forecasting & managing the team
  -Achieving growth and sales target, implementing sales plan
  -Handle sales department and negotiate with client whenever necessary
  -To Make his/her effort to understand Enkei's philosophy and Enkei own management tool well then use them.
  -To conduct daily improvement activity with his/her “One Step Forward” mind, curiosity and cost mind always.
