Service Desk Analyst-Japanese Speaker ID:478034,800 MYR ~ 7,000 MYRDamansara Heights
・IT support on Application system which developed by Japan IT team.
・Required to work at client site in order to understand their business process
・they stay consulting company .
・Report to Manager.
・Need to communicate in Japanese via e-mail or phone.
・Require to understand the business process and requirement from end-user in order to escalate the modification requirement to Application team in Japan.
・after join the company, they will provide 2 weeks training.
*not call center, no need to call customer directly.
Language: English, Japanese (above N2 level)
Education Background: Degree in any field(fresh graduate can apply)
【Desired skills】knowledge in general IT system (file server, groupware, workflow), IT support experience
【Prefer】working experience in any IT area
【Must】Good at reading, writing, speaking and listening in Japanese（at least N2）,
Basic IT skill (MS Office, laptop, etc..),
Good at speaking, writing , listening in Japanese
