• Job Description

  * Conduct a wide range of quality control tests and analyses to ensure that software meets or exceeds specified standards and objectives
  * Drafts, revises approves and executes unit and systems test plans and scripts to ensure alignment with standards
  * Creates test data flies with valid records to thoroughly test program logic and verify system flow
  * Ensures that system test is successfully completed and documented and all problem are resolved
  * Determines the appropriate quality initiatives to implement during each phase of the development
  * Develops, revises and approves quality assurance and testing policies, standards and procedures
  * Technical and system testing aspects involving development of simulators, test case automation, scalability and application behavior analysis
  * Support other units within company based on the own unit's competence areas and processes
  * Ability to work in a team locally and also with other teams in other parts of the world
