    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective clients
    Cultivate new sales leads to establish business
    • Sell and negotiate services
    • Responsible for securing and maintaining new business
    • Provide quotes for current and prospective clients
    • Perform analytical and logistics planning
    • Proactively identify problems and implement effective solutions
    • Provide follow-up customer satisfaction with clients as needed
    • Achieve individual, team, and company goals
    • Work closely with Operations and overseas counterparts to ensure customer freight is being moved efficiently

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Language : English, Malay
    - Education Background : N/A
    - Experience : Minimum 1-2 years work experience, preferably in the logistics, ocean forwarding, domestic and cross border transportation
    - Require Skill :
    Ability to work both independently and within a team
    Japanese and Mandarin language would be an advantage
    Strong communication (both verbal and written), problem solving, and decision-making skills
    Hands on knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Power Point
