    Job summary:
    In charge of operation management between mall management and tenants.

    Job responsibilities:
    • Resolve escalated tenant’s issues and disputes regarding sales and services.
    • Collaborate with Sales Promotion department in ensuring that the strategies and objectives are aligned, ensuring that marketing initiatives support sales efforts are aligned to the business overall’s objectives.
    • Preparing reports on monthly sales information, credit reports, and relevant statistics for Management’s review.
    • Conduct monthly sales report meetings between managers and staff
    • Understand tenants’ respective business models in order to better facilitate their business and operations requirements and provide intelligence to relevant personnel within Operations Department particularly and other relevant Departments within the Company.
    • Provide intelligence reporting to tenants for further betterment of performance.
    • Identify and create value added opportunities to further enhance sales and service according to corporate targets.
    • Develop a focal point contact between tenants and other relevant Departments within the Company.
    • Develop standard operating procedures to facilitate in providing quick / immediate response towards tenants’ enquiries, issues, problems and concerns.
    • Develop a structural approach to understanding tenants’ respective business models in order to better facilitate their business and operations requirements and provide intelligence to relevant personnel within Operations Department particularly and other relevant Departments within the Company.
    • Develop dashboard of valuable intelligence for tenants for further betterment of performance.
    • Identify weaknesses and develop strategies that will facilitate tenants to further enhance sales and service according to corporate targets.
    • Develop a comprehensive database for each tenant in relation to business matters for quick reference.
    • Analyze sales performance data and make recommendations for extension / renewal of contract at least 9 months before expiry.
    • Develop category management structure and approach.
    • Plan and develop method for calendar of events/activities/campaigns.
    • Develop standard operating procedures to ensure contract and operational compliance to meet business and customers’ expectations.
    • Spearhead monthly communication / briefing to tenants, which includes internal coordination and preparation.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    QUALIFICATIONS:
    • At least Diploma in Marketing / Commerce / Business Studies, Advertising / Mass Communication, Electrical Engineering or equivalent
    • At least 2 years’ experience in Mall operations and management ,marketing in a reputed large shopping mall or real estate company
    • Language: English, Malay and Mandarin

    PREFERRED:
    • Strong analytical skill with excellent communication and interpersonal skill.
    • Strong persuasive and negotiation skill.
    • Self motivated with high sense of initiative and responsibility.
    • Able to be trusted with confidential and sensitive company information.
    • Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia, both oral and written.
    • Computer literate (Microsoft Office and Spreadsheet)
    • Candidate with knowledge and experience in handling digital and online marketing tools is
    beneficial.
    • Strong business acumen and good technical knowledge of Commercial Facilities.
    • Possess Mall operations and event management skill.

    ==============

    The working hours for Shift Employees will be as follows:

    Category A: 9.00am to 6.00pm (Break 12.00pm to 1.00pm)
    Category B: 2.00pm to 11.00pm (Break 7.00pm to 8.00pm)

    *However, as of now before the mall is in operation, all Operations members will be working from 9.00am to 6.00pm until further notice.
    *Weekends included after the mall opened, the off day & rest day will be based on duty roster
