Job Description
-Manage Total GT business for entire South Region(Johor, Melaka, Negeri Sembilan)
-Plan, deploy and monitor promotion execution with distributor sales team
-Regular fieldwork and coaching sessions for distributor sales team
-Identify area of business opportunity and explore new distribution opportunities
-Provides sales forecasting for distributor Sell In and Sell Out
-Manage trade spend with according to company's guideline and directions
-Monthly Sales Review with distributor management team through canvass meeting
Qualifications
Requirement
- Language : Mandarin, Malay, English
- Education Background : Doesn't matter
- Experience :Min 2-3 years related experience in the FMCG industry(MUST).
- Require Skill : Distributor Management, Field Coaching, Sales Planning & Operation, Basic Computer Skill
- Others : Hardworking, willingness to learn, independent and proactiveEnglish Level
