    Supporting of Sales & Marketing Manager and cooperate with other Sales staff & stake holders.

    • Manage and follow up on project development life-cycle from initiation, definition, development to market launch, testing, implementation and completion.
    • Manage day-to-day operation support and change requests, create and execute project work plans and revise as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.
    • Conduct meetings with clients, suppliers and all stakeholders and communicate tactfully.
    • Preparation of quotations and request documentations, minutes of meeting and any relevant proper documentations required in the course of the project in an accurate and detailed manner in well written Business English.
    • Understand and coordinate with both the clients, suppliers and all stakeholders on request requirements and providing accurate detailed and proper documentation.
    • Liason with clients with marketing strategies to meet the objective of increase in sales revenue and hence increase usage of our value card.
    • Keep track, manage and meeting all delivery timelines of all stakeholders and meeting client expectations.
    • Tactful in managing private and confidential pricing and costs from clients, suppliers and all stakeholders.
    • Independent for all deliveries and able to work in a team.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Language : English, Malay
    - Education Background : Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, any field
    - Experience : Any IT related experience so that able to catch up with the business flow faster
    - Require Skill : Detailed and fast-learner
    - Others :
    • Proficient in Microsoft office tools
    • Meticulous person - Resilient and flexible to manage multiple assignment on tight deadlines
    • Self-starter, with a keen interest in customer loyalty and highly motivated towards success
    • Must be proactive, a confident communicator able to win trust and be a credible client advisor
    • Able to work independently, manage project teams across agency, client and partner teams, providing guidance and project leadership
    • Strong analytical and problem solving capabilities with meticulous attention to detail
    • Client-side experience in finance services and retail industry

    - Experience of loyalty program management, either agency or client side
    - Consultancy experience
    - Added advantage - E-payment knowledge
    - Added advantage - Data analytics understanding and experience of tools including Tableau or SQL

    Fixed Allowance: Commuter allowances
