  • Job Description

    Responsibilities :
    • To build relationship with corporate companies, especially financial and retail industry.
    • Designing and developing House Pre-paid loyalty/CRM strategies including segmentation strategies, customer journey mapping, customer value propositions and loyalty programmes.
    • Leading business, data and technology assessments at client sites.
    • Work closely with IT department by translating business requirements into functional specifications.
    • Collaborating with marketing team that meet business requirements.
    • Overseeing project delivery of solutions to achieve business case objectives.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Language : English, Malay, Mandarin
    - Education Background : Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, any field
    - Experience : Minimum 1 year of working experience in E-payment industry
    - Others : <Added advantage>
    • Proficient in Microsoft office tools (PowerPoint and Excel)
    • Resilient and flexible to manage multiple assignment on tight deadlines
    • Self-starter, with a keen interest in customer loyalty and highly motivated towards success
    • Must be proactive, a confident communicator able to win trust and be a credible client advisor
    • Able to work independently, manage project teams across agency, client and partner teams, providing guidance and project leadership
    • Strong analytical and problem solving capabilities with meticulous attention to detail
    • Client-side experience in finance services and retail industry
    • Experience of loyalty programme management, either agency or client side
    • Consultancy experience
    • Data analytics understanding and experience of tools including Tableau or SQL

    Basic Salary: 4,000~ 6,000 MYR
