Customer service/Sales, Floor manager, Store/Sales Staff Manager
-Be responsible for making merchandise assortment plan, buying budget, sales promotion plan, buying and replenishment for the department in charge and assume the responsibility for selling the merchandise.
-Processing purchase orders, negotiating with suppliers, tracking orders, creating and maintaining an inventory, quality assurance and liaising with inventory teams and management.
-Analytically minded and possess excellent negotiating skills to secure the best prices according to budget.
-Sourcing, developing and introducing product ranges that suit our stores and customers base.
-Ensure adherence to all applicable health and safety regulations including Food Safety and regulatory duties required in the department,
-Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain or minimum of 3-5 years in retail buying/merchandising experience.
-Comprehensive knowledge of grocery products and food service industry in Japanese Company.
-Proficient in the use of Excel, Microsoft Word and Outlook.
-Working knowledge and application of all grocery merchandising expectations.
-Ability to educate team on product knowledge and convey enthusiasm.
-Good verbal and written communication skills.(Preferable Japanese language & skills)
-Ability to deliver information in a clear and respectable manner to fellow team members, customers and suppliers.
-Resourceful and able to research problems and recommend solutions.
Rest Day;Every Sunday
Off Day ; Alternate Saturday
