    * The Head of operations must be an active promoter of company core values, mission and vision, to lead by example
    professionally.
    * He/She is accountable for strategic planning, implementation and managing the operations departments activities to
    deliver the growth priorities, goals, targets and ISO objectives for the department and the company.
    * He/She is to be a reliable and responsive resource to our clients, management, peers and subordinates to ensure that all
    the parts of the processes come together to deliver our services.
    * Overall, the role of the Head of Operations is vital for ensuring that a strong reputation is maintained in the marketplace.
    * He/She is a conduit between different departments providing important feedback and communication and is accountable for
    ensuring our services meet strict quality standards

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    Language: English/Chinese
    Education Background: Master/Degree in any related disciplines
    Knowledge in Occupational Safety & Health Training, Introduction to HACCP course or other related
    disciplines
    Experience:
    - Min of 10 Years related experience in cleaning services industry
    - At least 5 years experience in the managerial position
    Require skills: To monitor, manage, develop and implement the company operation department strategy
    Strong planning, organizing, analytical, customer oriented, assertive and excellent interpersonal skills
    Proven leadership capabilities with consultative management sytles
