Job Description
Responsibilities:
. Responsible for building effective advertising campaigns and securing contracts (eq. develop
concept strategies ect.)
. Build long-term business relationships and delivering advertising solutions for clients
. Work / liaise closely and effectively with clients and other support various business units to ensure
work efficiency and effectiveness
. Attention to detail and to push projects through
. A hands-on person and problem solver with excellent negotiation & project management skills
. Responsible for planning, monitoring, executing of all projects and other related activities
independently or as a team (all relevant team members are kept abreast of all developments)
. Ability to influence thinking or gain acceptance of others in decision-making situations ( have a
proactive and highly organized approach with the ability to motivate, persuade, and dealing with
a broad range of people)
. Possess good project documentation skill in order to ensure professionalism (ensuring all
documentations such as contact reports, work-in-progress reports, management reports are kept
updates)
. Review and edit existing promotional materials for marketing effectiveness, cross-selling
implications and adherence to brand guidelines
. Demonstrate leadership skills
. Liaise with Media Agencies and / or Publications to retrieve necessary media specifications where
necessary
Qualifications
Requirement
Language: Mandarin, Malay and English
Education Background: Diploma/ Bachelor’s Degree / post Graduate Diploma/ Professional Degree in communication,
advertising, media, mass communication or equivalent
Experience: Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in the related field for this position
Require skills: Excellent interpersonal skills, even when working under tight schedules and pressure
. Production knowledge of all media is crutial – social media, print, digital, broadcast, retail OOH etc.
. Organized, detailed, strategic yet task oriented and possess the ability to efficiently manage
multiple projects simultaneously is an advantage
. Experience in managing ATL, BTL and Interactive / Social media projects
. Understanding of media schedules/ specifications for ATL, BTL and interactive

. Must possess own vehicle and be willing to travel
. Strong oral and written communication skills (write briefs, proposal, copy and specs for clients and
their audiences alike)

- able, willing to work on Sat, Sun, Public Holiday in peak period (with replacement leave) Good time management and good quality of work
- Have good mobility, must be a car owner, willing to travel anytime to anywhere
- English speaking is a mustEnglish Level
