Qualifications

• Requirement

  - Language : English & Mandarin (MUST be able to read, write and speak Mandarin)
  - Education Background : Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
  - Experience : At least 4-5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  - Require Skill :
  - Have good understand of software engineering practices and process (TDD)
  • Have a decent understanding of coding (mostly Kotlin/java syntax) and how to write testable codes
  • Attention to details and are able to identify niche test cases and justify the severity of failing to pass those tests
  • Able to draft test coverage for a feature and implement automated test accordingly
  • Understand load/stress testing tools, able to use one (JMeter for example) and knows what metric to watch out for
  • Able to quickly provide hypothesis on why a particular feature is not working, (better yet -> pinpoint the exact line of code that needs to be fixed)
  • Knows how to debug a problem (knows sql, mongo *nix commands (e.g. how to tail logs), tracing https packets etc...)
  • Knows at least 1 popular unit testing framework, knows how to use a mock/stub
  • Understands JVM
  • Understand maven
  • Check at least 7/10 of the above Requirements
  
  - Others :
  • Preferably senior Executive specialized in IT/Computer - Software or equivalent.
  • Self motivated and a good team player
  • Fast learner, creative and enjoy programming
