  • Job Description

    1. Responsible for monthly closing account reporting.
    2. To assists maintain and update the product costing system.
    3. To assist in implementation of New ERP system : Syteline.
    4. To assist analyse the actual manufacturing cost incurred in comparison with standard manufacturing cost.
    5. To analyse cost variance.
    6. Assist in direct material, labour & overhead cost are allocated to each department accordingly.
    7. To support & assist Finance Manager in Global and local reporting needs.
    8. Ensure report deadlines are met receivables set.
    9. Asists liaise with banker, auditor & regulatory authorities to ensure compliance with statutory requirement.
    10. Assist conduct internal audit to ensure company internal control are adequate.
    11. Perform additional task or ad-hoc assignment as required by management & Finance Manager.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Language : Written & oral communication and presentation in BM & English, Mandarin and Japanese language(N2-N3)
    - Education Background : Diploma/Degree in Finance or Accountancy, Professional qualification : CIMA, ACCA, IPA
    - Experience : - Minimum 3 years
    - Have audit & management accounting background, inclusive of manufacturing and costing or Audit or
    Management Account Company
    - General Ledger accountant experience and know full set of accounts

    - Require Skill : - Knowledge of Microsoft Office
    - Well versed with ERP Computerised accounting system
    - Analytical skill & problem solving skill.

    - Others : Can start immediately / short time
    Able to work within tight deadline
