    This company is running App/Web marketing platform. Developing customer relationship management and mobile/web marketing software that helps businesses use for marketing team to accelerate their
    growth-hacking processes.

    This position, the Business Development Manager, will generate new business opportunities by following proven processes to prospect into APAC Region accounts.
    You will learn how to identify and research lists of companies and leads to target, and how to develop email and telephone campaigns to generate new business opportunities.

    You will work close with our APAC Region Team (Director and Customer Success Manager).
    The team is responsible for the initial on-boarding and ongoing development of APAC Region Sales, Customer Success, Support Engineering and Marketing.

    This role will report to the APAC Region Director.
    - Act as a trusted advisor and work closely with Team Director to define and communicate expectations and processes.
    - Ensure collaboration among cross-functional teams for the rollout of new marketing assets, understand the asset needs of the team, deliver those assets, and measure their effectiveness to define future content development needs.
    - Develop a deep understanding of own product.
    - Develop domain expertise of the digital marketing landscape.
    - Learn and execute proven processes to generate new sales opportunities.
    - Strategize and engage executives in targeted prospect accounts.
    - Orchestrate discussions with senior execs around their business needs.
    - Manage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects.
    - Own best in class client strategy examples, creating relevant content for success case.
    - Communicate clearly and effectively with internal teams such as Marketing, Engineering, Product and Support.
    - Work directly with clients to educate them on both technical and strategic concepts.
    - Support Customer Success Managers on a range of high value accounts as a path to owning your own account portfolio.
    - Contribute to the team hitting renewals, retention and net retention targets.
    - Onboard new Sales team members, continuing to improve this process.

    This role will be required travel to head offices and APAC region. (includes Singapore, Japan, Indonesia, Thailand and so on.)

    Q. How much travelling is expected?
    >Expecting 1-2 weeks in a month, Japan & APAC
    Q. Training opportunity?
    >Basic training will be conducted at Singapore, required business trip to Tokyo HQ several times (2-3weeks)
