  • Job Description

    -Discuss with client regarding project scope and manage projects
    -Prepare design concept sketches, space planning, design development, construction documentation, specifications and detailing
    -Work within timely schedule to coordinate the completion of tasks through to final project completion
    -Liaise and meet with client, consultant, contractor and supplier on various stages of design works
    -Brief and explain to contractor on proposed design intents and finishes
    -Supervise site work progress
    -Manage defect servicing and maintenance works
    -Any other duties/tasks as assigned

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    [Must]
    - Language : English
    - Education Background : at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Architecture or equivalent
    - Experience : At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field
    - Require Skill : Revit, Auto Cad, Illustrator, Photoshop, Sketch-up, V-ray, Ms office
    -Good knowledge in construction detail drawings
    -Ability to meet deadline of multiple projects

    -Senior Executive specialized in Architecture/Interior Design or equivalent
