Job Description
• Documentation: ensure & control internal and external documentation according customer engineering requirements.
• Manage the final documentation and ensure transmission to customers
- PID (Process instrumentation Diagram)
- Items datasheets
- E&I diagram
- QA /QC with quality manager internally
- Equipment, motor, instrumentation list
- Manuals
• Manage modification/ creation of datasheets
• Project management and design review in coordination with HQ in France
• Fully participate to the meetings with customers (kick off, milestone meeting... )
• Ensure the monthly progress reporting to the customers / project schedule management
Qualifications
Requirement
Education: Bachelor degree in Mechanical & Electrical engineering and equivalent
Experience: 3 years experience in Documentation Engineer (oil&gas, chemical)
3 years as project engineers in OEM equipment for chemical/ oil & gas industry
3 years as project engineers in MNC engineering
Ability to troubleshoot and analyze problems.
Able to do presentation to a big group of employees
Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Project will be an added advantage
Others:
Familiar with working with premium engineering.
Familiar any related E & I system
Possess a working knowledge with MNC engineering
Able to work independently in multi-cultural environment
Good interpersonal skill
Possess leadership skill to coach
Posses own TransportEnglish Level
