  • Job Description

    The company has 3 department, which is Production Department, Media Department and Accounting/Admin Department.
    Accounting/Admin Department has 2 members, who is Manager and Finance Executive.
    Manager will leave the company and then Finance Executive will be promoted to Manager level and this position, one Accounts specialist will be hired.

    Accounting/Admin Department has tasks as below;
    - Handle full set account by using UBS accounting software
    - Prepare monthly Financial Report and Cash Flow Report
    - Act as HR to prepare salary, EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB & manage leave application
    - Arrange supplier payment, monitor & chasing payment from client
    - Prepare and submit SST every 2 months to Custom Malaysia
    - Supervise and monitor the monthly expenditure
    - Liaise with company secretary, tax agent and auditor pertaining to financial matters
    - Liaise with banker for bank related matters

    Main jobs of this position, Accounts specialist AP/AR
    - Provide confidential administrative and accounting support to the Finance Head
    - support accounting duties such as the issuance of Invoice and Credit Note and document filing
    - Assist in the monitoring of Debtor Aging and follow up on payments
    - Prepare monthly report to analyse each revenue and costing
    - Provide data entry support
    - manage office administrative work including managing calls, meetings, visitors, mail, office stationery and supplies, name cards, pantry supplies and office suppliers
    - support other ad hoc duties assigned from time-to-time by Finance Head

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    [Must]
    - Language: English
    - Education Background: At least a Secondary SPM/”O” Level, Higher Secondary
    - Experience: At least 1 year of working experience in the accounting field
    - Require Skill: Microsoft Office and Computer Literate, Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
    - Others: Disciplined, Strong integrity and able to maintain confidentiality

    [Preferable]
    - Education background: STPM/”A” Level/Pre-U, Professional Certificate or Diploma specializing in Clerical/Administrative support or equivalent
    - Others: Can start to work from 1st December
