    ・ This position will be responsible to training Global Desk call center, Including other country.
    ・ The basic work location is KL, but there is a possibility of business trips to ASEAN countries.
    ・ He/she can provide training in English (possibility of giving training for other countries)
    ・ Experience for developing managers (leaders, etc.) as well as communicators
    ・ Providing trainers training and evaluating / training other trainers
    ・ Education programs and lesson plans can be created
    ・ Analyze the results of training and reflect PDCA cycle in a better curriculum
    -Obligation to attend a client-designated trainer certification

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Education Background : Degree at any field(IT is preferable)
    - Experience : at least 3 years for BPO trainer

  • English Level

  • Other Language

    Mandarin, English
