  • Job Description

    Responsibilities:
    -Provide account payable transaction processing support to deliver account payable services to the vendors in accordance to established account payable processes and work procedures and in compliance with ALBS policies, requirement and local company legal and statutory requirements.
    - Ensures that timeline and quality meet the agreed service levels and target.
    - Process account payable workflow within the given time frame
    - Attend to account payable inbox and assigned ticket accordingly
    - Fill up rejection forms accordingly, reason should be clearly identified and no invalid rejection
    - Monitor and process urgent request before the specified deadline
    - Resolve account payable and vendor issue
    - Create ticket (Quick Close) for all service request
    - Process all the expenses claims request received stakeholder as per agreed timeline.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Language : English & Must be able to read, write and speak in Korean language
    - Education Background : Candidate must posses at least a professional certificate, diploma,advanced/higher/graduate diploma, bachelor degree, post graduate diploma, professional degree, finance/accountancy/banking or business management
    - Experience : at least 1 years of working experience in the related filed, must within payment processing.
    - Others : preferably know how to use oracle system
    - **prefer local Malaysian, if foreigner must have spouse visa
