  • To be responsible for the management and smooth running of Sales and Marketing Departments operation.
  • Responsible for the achievement of sales objective and budget set at the beginning of the financial year.
  • To be able to provide constructive advice and solution to address customers’ complaints related to our products.
  • To Plan sales and marketing strategies for continuous business development to develop strategies for effective market penetration and to identify new business opportunities within peninsular Malaysia
  • To Supervise and lead the company’s sales and marketing team in the terms of cost control, work ethics and discipline to oversee the sales administration function to ensure effective and ample back up service and support is given to sales personnel to perform their function effectively.
  • Provide timely and accurate information on industry or customers’ intelligence.
  • Ensure prompt payment collection from customer.
  • To curry out any other duties, including sales enquiries, as assigned by the company as and when required.
