  • Job Description

    To prepare accurate Employment/Appointment Letter, Confirmation, Extension of Probation, Acceptance of resignation and all HR related correspondence.
    To track and prepare new and renewal Employment Contracts and Service Contracts for Music Teachers and Service Providers.
    scheduled and non-scheduled HR contracts and documentation.
    To coordinate and communicate with outsourced Payroll Vendor, Mywave on all payroll matters for employees and teachers.
    To compile and send payroll related data to Mywave for payroll processing.
    To verify all data and reports accurately in respect of payroll and teachers fees.
    To coordinate fund transfers to Mywave for payroll.
    To prepare and provide accurate and timely payroll and manpower related reports.
    To ensure timely payments of all HR related statutory contributions timely such as EPF, SOCSO, LHDN, Zakat, Tabung Haji, HRDF.
    To train and develop all subordinates.
    To ensure employee records, attendance and all HR related records are accurately maintained according to policies and legal requirement.
    To organised, update and maintain employee files and records and all HR records systematically.
    To administer and monitor the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems, staff conselling, performance and competencies, policies and procedures, remuneration and benefits and working conditions by the Company.
    To administer and monitor all staff remuneration and benefits observed by the Company and contained in the Employee Handbook and Addendum to ensure strict compliance of policies and procedures.
    To supervise the functions of the general office administration services.
    To manage and supervise the Operation Support Assistant in all aspect of his duties and responsibilities
    Budgeting - To prepare yearly and quarterly budget on a timely basis.
    To monitor and ensure head count, personnel costs and activities are within budget.
    To account for the differences in planning gap.
    To administer all medical needs and claims according to the policies and procedures.
    To renew and update the Group Hospitalisation and Group Personal Accident insurances.
    To administer all Hospitalisation and Personal Accident insurance claims.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    Education Background: Minimum Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business administration or other related field.
    Experience:
    Minimum 5 years supervisory experience in related field.
    Hands-on in related software systems/database.
    Related work experience in a face-pace work culture.
    Minimum Certificate in HR Practice or its equivalent a Computer skills on MS Office, HR softwares and databases.or related experience.
    Good comprehension of HR laws and regulations.
    Ability to manage large amount of data.
    High attention to detail, accuracy and timeliness.
    Preventive problem solving and decision-making.
    Persuasive and ability to manage people.
    Ability to communicate with people of all levels.

    Require skills:
    Computer skills on MS Office, HR softwares and databases.
    A logical and systematic approach to work.
    Good communication, negotiation and analytical skills.
    Strong interpersonal skills and good team leadership.

    Others:
