  • Job Description

    Job Description:
    • Responsible on full spectrum but not limited of human resource functions in the company.
    • Oversees human resources department to ensure human resources compliance, policies and
    labour laws are applicable.
    • Lead, supervise and coach subordinates in the human resources team.
    • Perform strategic planning and forecast on company hiring needs.
    • Responsible for overall KPIs of all departments.
    • Maintaining good relations with all HR related government bodies including Immigration,
    Labour Office, KWSP and SOCSO.
    • Responsible on employees’ relation and industrial relation with/within the company.
    • Perform any ad-hoc task assign by the management team.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Language : Ability to communicate in English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia.
    - Education Background : Possess at least Diploma/Advance Diploma/Professional Degree in Human Resources
    Management/Business Administration or equivalent.
    - Experience :At least 5 years of work experience in human resource managerial role or equivalent.
    -Knowledge on full spectrum of human resource functions including recruitment, industrial
    relations, payroll, compensation and benefits, training and development.
    • Experience leading other human resources personal
    - Require Skill : Strong fundamental in Employment Act 1955, SQL Payroll and Microsoft Office.
    - Certificate : N/A
    - Others : Able to work independently to maintain high standards and accuracy.
    - Have experience handling foreign worker
    - Must from Manufacturing Background
    - Must someone that stay closer to company (klang, subang, PJ) to avoid transportation issues.
