They had world-class speakers in their team to bring changes to life. The expanded to India, Australia, USA and UK apart from Singapore and Malaysia.
  
  They are looking for an IT executive.
  The incumbent is responsible for coordinating and directing activities associated with the support and maintenance of 1st Level IT Support. Monitoring and maintaining workplace technology and responding to users' requests for help. He/She is also responsible to propose for hardware and software procurement and asset management (licenses, warranties, etc.)
  
  By getting the job you will:
  Handling and maintaining IT assets - software and hardware including licensing.
  • As 1st level support by identifying, troubleshooting applications and systems NetSuite, eCommerce, Affiliate, POS, Mobile Apps, etc.
  • Ensure all users raise support issue into IT Helpdesk and it's been attend within timeline.
  • Document adequately the problem or issue in the IT Helpdesk and follow up until closure by users.
  • Support and troubleshooting emails issues.
  • Installing and upgrading software, ensuring systems security and troubleshooting computer issues.
  • Assist and guide users via series of adequate actions, either face to face or over the phone to help setup system, training or resolve issues.
  • Assist on IT Projects.
  • Support, monitor and maintain the IT Infrastructure such as servers, networking, File storage and backup whenever required to ensure the continues smooth running of the operation.
  • Liaising with external contractor or suppliers in the event of technical issues which required specialist support.
  • Work with other team members to resolve problem and propose better solution.
  • Define and implement recommendations in order to avoid recurrence of issues in the area either of system, database or process or combination thereof.
  • Constantly report and update project, issues and operation process to immediate superior.
