  Japanese hair salon is now hiring talented outlet manager!
  The person who agreed and keep the following our 5S values required.

  1. Store Management
  - Lead the store team to drive sales, deliver good customer service, and maintaining good store standard
  - Responsible for store security
  2. Educate to the staff
  - Japanese culture and manners in greetings
  - Developing store staff through motivation, counseling and product knowledge education to optimize productivity
  - Actively recruit and maintaining relationship with retail and B2B customers through social media, customer visit and referral
  - Handle customer inquiries, complaints and issues
  - Ensure pricing on the product and shelf labels are correct.
  3. Make staff working shift
  4. Hair coloring to the customer
  5. Achieve sales target of the store
  - Track sales performance and prepare report for management periodically
  - Ensure daily sales is reported to head office and cash is banked in promptly
  - Set up promotion promptly and ensure display is attractive
  
  *Remark
  Currently only 1 outlet in KL sentral but opening another outlet in October 2019 in Bandar Sunway.
  Working location will be confirmed during the interview.
