    Company Profile:
    This company is a shared service center of a famous international drug company

    Location: Petaling Jaya

    Job Scope:
    -Receive and investigate complaints from Japan (by calls or emails)
    -Translate the required documents and emails from Japanese to English and vice versa
    -Check with the production site regarding the complains, translating and send in documents whenever necessary
    -Maintaining client relationship by resolving customer complaints according to the result from production site
    -Checking all necessary information from other department to resolve the complains
    -Following all compliance and standard procedure
    -Ensure all issues are handled according to the existing regulations and guidelines
    -Complete assignments and updating the system accordingly

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    Requirements:
    - Language : Japanese N2 and above, business level of english
    - Education Background : Degree in Pharmaceutical/Medicine/Chemical/Biology/Biotechnology/Pharmacy or related
    If engineering grad (in diploma or degree), must have at least 1 year working experience
    - Experience : At least 1 year working experience in QA/QC/Service Engineer/Customer Support Engineer/Project Engineer in medical company/manufacturing company
