• Job Description

  * The position holder's main responsibility will be to ensure successful operations of the the ALM tool, as well as connex software development tool (E.g. Jenkins, SonarQube)
  * Active management and monitoring of applications
  * Part of job will require application performance analysis and optimization ( application server and database)
  * Job role involves troubleshooting and incident management during outages, application monitoring, log review and analysis, and application
  debugging
  * Requires active communication with stakeholders and provide 2nd and 3rd level support
  * Knowledge of Oracle and SQL Server database design, programming knowledge (JDBC, SQL), Apache, Weblogic or Wildfly administration and
  performance tuning
  * In depth knowledge Java SE, JEE is a plus
  * Source code management tool (SVN, Git) and tool administration/confirguration
  * Respond to internal customers promptly and competently
  * Having experience in a supporting commercial software application, and in application monitoring
  * Experience in the field of warehouse management systems, supply chain or logistics
  *UNIX and Windows operating systems administration experience
  * Proactively work to develop and maintain good working relationships within the department, company and customers
  * 10% Travel; internationally to local. country based office
