  • Job Description

    Sales (Customer Care) in a real estate agent
    - Respond to inquiries from the clients about condominiums or offices.
    - Deal with both of corporation (80%) and individual (20%), who are almost all Japanese
    - Speak Japanese when you deal with clients
    - Cooperate with local real estate agents and introducing new properties to the clients.
    - Attend clients when they view properties privately.
    - After sale service; Deal with some trouble inquired from clients related to real estate introduced by us.
    *Responding to existing customers, not new customer acquisition
    *Outside work is main task. Sales are not in the office in half or all of the office hour, attending customers.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    [Must]
    -Language: English, Japanese (more than N2)
    -Education Background: At least diploma in any fields
    -Other: Driver's license

    [Preferable]
    -Own car

    *Experience: Does not matter, Fresh Graduate is OK
